This group operates in conjunction with transformation workshops held several times a year. This group will include full Radical Aliveness Process Work. This is a great group for people to work out what came up for them in any intensives or in any other healing work or therapy sessions they have done outside of this group.
This group is open to those who have taken any past group workshops, have previous Radical Aliveness group experience or are seeking to improve their lives but have little to no experience with self-discovery work and trauma healing. This group is attended by many leaders who will bring you (including newcomers) support.

Join us for fun, discovery, intensity, laughter, music, tears, pleasure, joy, movement, deep connection, delight, release, exploration, and growth.

A description of the Radical Aliveness Process and Impact.
Radical Aliveness (RA) is a movement, often practiced in groups and workshops, based on values and principles that are intended to support and sustain life. We value relationships as essential to that goal.
We see all humans beings as having equal value, that we all have gifts of leadership to share. Our diversity is valued as an essential part of nourishing and sustaining life. We learn to bring curiosity and self-responsibility to the places where we’re prone to see others simplistically through our assumptions, and personal and cultural biases.
The RA principles and group practices help bring people together across the lines that divide us. RA process help us learn to stay in connection when conflict is present—beyond our impulses to judge, attack, control or separate. We use body based tools and practices, with the understanding that our bodies hold our histories and contain wisdom. RA process teaches us to tolerate big emotional and physical expression. It gives us space to feel our deepest pain and our greatest pleasure.
RA seeks to have a healing influence on individuals, relationships, communities and institutions.
From this place of greater awareness and self-responsibility, we strive to live in alignment with these principles.

Other Group Facilities Location and Parking:
Transformation Groups will be held in Santa Monica, CA
2904B Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90404
Limited free parking and street metered parking available.
Park on Berkeley and Stanford, where there is free 2-hour parking, at least during the day. I would recommend driving around and reading the parking signs carefully so you know if this is still true in the evenings. Most of the other streets require permits so they won’t work. Broadway and Colorado also do have some spots, at least during the day.
