Join Russell Harvey and group members for a free journey into self-discovery – including learning about your biases. From this series, you’ll uncover blind spots in your awareness and learn new leadership skills to help you pursue your desires and heal the schisms that divide our culture.
In this?group, we?ll come together and create a safe and lively space to dive deeply into self-identity, relating, and group affiliation.
This experience will?benefit anyone wanting to gain greater self-knowledge?and expand awareness of navigating the sometimes tricky waters of group membership.
This is a series of three workshops: you may attend any one, two or all three workshops.?Each Session is Free.
Session 1 – Who Am I?
Feb 10. Exploring self-identity through the lens of confirmation bias.
Session 2 – Who Are You?
Feb 24. How our biases shape how we see others who are like us and those different from us.
Session 3 – Who Are We?
Mar 10. Can we all get along: group identity and moving beyond us vs. them.
Approaches may include: teaching, journaling, guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, dyad and small-group work, and somatic methods such as breath, sound and movement.

Russell has a BA in Applied Mathematics and an MA Spiritual Psychology. He is a writer, long-time meditator, and student of Radical Aliveness, a somatic approach to feeling and expressing. Russell is a restless seeker of knowledge, and has a great love of having fun and bringing people together.

Parking in Parking Structures
Customer parking is available in three public parking structures throughout downtown. The first one hour is free and each additional 30 minutes is $1.00 with an $12 maximum per day. Parking is available from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. at the following locations:
- 3846 Cardiff Ave. – THIS IS ONE IS LITERALLY HALF BLOCK FROM OUR STUDIO.

Valet Parking Service
A community valet parking service is available for visitors to Downtown Culver City. There are four valet parking stations conveniently located throughout downtown allowing visitors to drop-off vehicles in one location and pick-up at another.
- Station 1 – located on Culver Blvd. in front of The Culver Hotel
- Station 2 – located on the south side of Culver Blvd. between Irving Pl. and Main Street
- Station 3 – located on Culver Blvd. just south of Starbucks, in front of Lundeen’s
- Station 4 – located on the north side of Culver Blvd. between Main St. and Cardiff Ave
